The Little Rock Chamber of Commerce toured New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana, to get ideas for Little Rock industry. They met with the members Council of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce and toured the Mississippi River and New Orleans port on a the yacht, "Good Neighbor."
